Dairy Alliance

The mission of the Dairy Alliance is to enhance the economic development of the Pennsylvania dairy industry through focused educational efforts. The Dairy Alliance benefits the individual farm in dealing with issues that relate to human resource management, business management, information technology, and nutrient management. In turn, these efforts impact the economic viability and quality of life of the dairy industry throughout Pennsylvania.

Collaborative efforts between Penn State's College of Agricultural Sciences, College of Agricultural Sciences, Penn State Extension and Outreach, agribusiness, and producers allows for training of dairy employees, managers and agribusiness advisors. By expanding the skills of those involved in Pennsylvania's dairy industry, the entire industry is gaining a competitive advantage in our global markets.
