Without discount: $2,450 per farm; Up to 4 people per farm may attend; With $1,500 WIB discount for PA dairy producers and their employees only: $950 per farm! About the program:

This six-week program will enable a producer to develop a strategic business plan that will create long-term sustainability through improved profitability.
 

Program benefits:

Producers participating in this program will develop their business plan as opposed to having it developed for them. Producers will go through a workbook that guides them through the strategic planning process. As they complete each section they will hand it in to a staff member who will enter the data into a computer program. At the end of the course the producers will have a completed business plan.
