Accommodation Details
Dairy Analysis 20/20 is designed for top dairy producers. Enrollment is limited to 25 producers to foster small-group discussion and peer-to-peer learning. The workshop will provide leading producers from across the country a cutting-edge educational program on best management practices in business and information management. Producers will have an opportunity to compare performance indicators (benchmarks) of key management areas of their businesses and see how leading producers in other states perform.
Presented by Penn State Dairy Alliance in collaboration with Cornell University PRO-DAIRY, University of Florida, New Mexico State University, and AgChoice Farm Credit.
“Strategies for being a competitive player in the world market in 2015”
Fonterra GlobalTrade is the largest dairy ingredients supplier to the globally traded market. Before joining Fonterra in 2007, Andrei Mikhalevsky was Global President of the Flavors Division in the German listed company Symrise. His track record includes seven years with Georgia Pacific and related companies and 21 years with the Campbell Soup Company in senior management positions.

The registration fee is $975 per producer. One additional person per farm may attend for the reduced fee of $500. Program materials and meals are included in the registration fee. Meals include a welcome reception and dinner June 3; continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshment breaks
on June 4; and continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks on June 5. Overnight accommodations and transportation are not included.

Enjoy the many attractions of historic Gettysburg, or travel just a short distance (one hour) for a day of amusement park fun at Hershey Park and Chocolate World, the sweetest place on earth! Other nearby destinations include the Amish communities of Lancaster County, (just over one hour by car); and Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, MD (approx. 1 hr, 30 min.)

To register, contact the Dairy Alliance office, toll-free, at 888-373-7232, or complete the registration form found in the workshop brochure. Business Analysis Report
In order to participate, each producer must provide a detailed set of financial and production records for 2006-07. All data will be kept confidential. Each producer will receive an individualized business summary report for his/her dairy for private use during the workshop sessions.
