Getting Started with a Dairy Profit Team
Web-based trainingOffered every third Wednesday of the month, October 2007 through April 2008:
(Oct. 17, Nov. 21, Dec. 19, Jan. 16, Feb. 20, March 19, and April 16)
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
About the program:
These workshops will allow team members to learn about the basic steps to form a team, establish team goals, and monitor team progress. Workshop participants will better understand the stages of team development and which team tools work best at different stages. Training will be completed through the internet.Teams must have access to high-speed internet service to participate in the web-based training.

About the program:
Already facilitating a team or interested in building your facilitation skills? Come to this highly interactive training with facilitators from other teams and share ideas, successes, and strategies. Topics vary and may include: motivating the team to move ahead, managing team performance, dealing with conflict and difficult personalities, re-starting a team that has stopped, and more. Tools are provided to take home and use with your teams.
