About the program:

  • Taught in Spanish by Spanish-speaking instructors.
  • Each session includes hands-on practice at a nearby farm.

This program will expand the production skills possessed by Spanish-speaking dairy employees and allow them to further their careers and contribute more fully to the success of your business. Spanish-speaking employees will more fully understand the reasons behind production practices. They will learn practical skills that they can take home and put to work. They will also be more committed to you as an employer.
